Our teams proudly represent the Skating Club of Northern Virginia and compete at sanctioned USFS competitions throughout the eastern United States.
The National Blades was founded in 1997 under the name "Prince William Precision Teams". In 2000, the name was changed to "National Blades". For the past 27 years National Blades have had teams at both qualifying and non-qualifying levels. We represent the Skating Club of Northern VA at USFS Synchronized Skating Competitions throughout the Eastern Section of the United States.
The National Blades are based out of two home rinks: Prince William Ice Center in Woodbridge, VA, and Haymarket IcePlex in Haymarket, VA. Both rinks are located in Prince William County VA. The National Blades are proud to call these rinks their home and to represent their community in the sport of synchronized skating.
